Mr. Kajdos has an extensive experience in design, development,
and deployment of the computer systems. Building software
for a varied scope of industries and ever changing technology
enabled him to carry experience from one industry to another.
This resulted in many innovative solutions and comprehensive
commercial software in healthcare, manufacturing, service,
and banking.
With experience in the development and implementation
of medical office software, Kajdos architected and developed
a full feature health plan management software including

the persistence maximizing code reuse in the optimal multi-tiered
application structure.
Mr. Bell directed development of large scale systems
in the areas of manufacturing, plant maintenance, and procurement.
His leadership led to adoption of many aspects of agile
program development.
Mr. Bell graduated from University of Montevallo in Alabama
