Kajdos, President
Mr.
Kajdos has an extensive experience in design,
development, and deployment of the computer systems.
Building software for a varied scope of industries and
ever changing technology enabled him to carry experience
from one industry to another. This resulted in
many innovative solutions and comprehensive commercial
software in healthcare, manufacturing, service, and
banking.
After
graduating from Prague Institute of Technology graduate
school in 1975, Mr. Kajdos immigrated into the US in
1978. After developing several software
applications as a consultant, he joined Seako Inc. in
Birmingham AL as a partner. There he led
development and implementation of a managed healthcare
solution - including membership, billing, claim
processing, and utilization.
After
Seako was purchased by CSC in 1989, he purchased equity
in Revere Incorporated - a software company catering to
the process manufacturing in the maintenance management.
As Chief Scientist he rebuilt the product using new
technology. The company grew rapidly and its software
was used at over 100 plants worldwide at the time when
the company was purchased by Walker Financials in 1997.
In
1999 Mr. Kajdos co-founded Actek Incorporated - a new
software company. As President and CEO he led
design, development, and marketing for a number of
applications including the company's flagship product
ACom3.
After
selling equity in Actek to his partner, Mr. Kajdos
joined a startup in the Convenient Care Clinic industry,
Wellspot. As Wellspot COO, he built management
team that built 14 clinics with two retail partners over
next 14 months with several clinics profitable after 9
months.
After
the Wellspot has been purchased in April 2007, Mr.
Kajdos founded a new software company PRAGMATE to use
his knowledge of operation and technology to build tools
for the expanding new industry of retail clinics.
