The quality management measures the goal achievement levels.

Management allows the user to identified unlimited number
of metrics, to organize the quality into unlimited number
of programs, and to manage the workflows needed to implement
the programs. The Quality Management can be configured
as simply or as comprehensively as appropriate to the organization's
requirements.

management can be implemented stand-alone or integrated
with other systems - EMR, Billing, Membership, etc.
The most effective way to implement Quality Management is
to integrate it fully with the other systems.

The Quality
Management identifies persons (patients), reviewers, programs,
surveys, and activities.
Personal information including demographics, payers
and full identification
Each person can be included in one or more quality programs.
for example: SNP (Special Needs Plan for Medicare) may need to
be grouped by the level of risk.
Each quality program can include surveys and follow-up
activities. The surveys can be constructed from individual
questions or incorporated into the application as templates.
The system supports multiple reviewers that may be geographically
distributed and the management can assign surveys or other
activities to each reviewer.
The system allows for automatic generation of reminder
correspondence (by exporting to CSV (comma separated value)
documents for external print.
The system includes a number of interactive reports
that show the status in real time and provide ability to
drill in for a full detail.
Modern web-based architecture can be accessed by users
with only browser and internet connection - this technology
is well used for often remote staff of quality control department.
